Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data pe.supply collects, why, and what rights you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the store.

Who we are (data controller)

pe.supply is a product of PeThemes, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@pe.supply. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh, which acts as an independent controller/processor for payment data.

What data we collect

Account data — name (optional), email, password (stored encrypted).
Order data — products purchased, order history, license keys, receipts.
Payment data — handled by Polar.sh; we don't store your full card details.
Usage data — IP address, browser/device info, pages visited (via cookies/analytics).
Communications — messages you send us via the contact page or email.

Why we use it (legal basis — GDPR)

To deliver your purchase and provide downloads/licenses — contract.
To provide updates and support — contract / legitimate interest.
To send product updates or launch news — consent (you can opt out anytime).
To secure the site and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.
To meet tax/accounting obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with services needed to run the store:

Polar.sh — payment processing & tax (Merchant of Record).
Google Analytics — aggregated usage statistics, loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
Supabase — account, order and license data (hosting and database).
Resend — transactional email such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and receipts.
Vercel — hosting and delivery of this site.

Each acts under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose data if legally required.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country (e.g. by our service providers). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

Account & order data — while your account is active, plus any period required for tax/legal reasons.
Marketing data — until you unsubscribe.
Analytics — as set out in our Cookies Policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data (portability)
Object to / restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your account and the data attached to it — email us at hello@pe.supplyand we'll action it within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted passwords, secure payment processing). No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We use cookies as described in our Cookies Policy.

Children

This site isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
