Who we are?

pe.supply is a product of PeThemes. Payments, invoicing and sales tax are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh — your contract for the payment itself is with them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information at sign-up and checkout.

Products & licenses

We sell premium WordPress themes. Each purchase grants a license to use the theme.

• One license = one website. Each theme license may be active on a single website at a time.
• Full Unlock grants a separate license key for each theme in the collection, and each of those keys is likewise valid for one website at a time.
• You may move a license to a different site (deactivate on the old one first).
• Our themes are GPL licensed; your license key entitles you to updates and support for the activated site.

Full Unlock covers the WordPress collection as it exists at the time of your purchase, including anything added before the full pe.supply launch. It does not include:

• Themes released after the full pe.supply launch, which are sold separately.
• Webflow, Framer, React or component products released in later phases, which are separate offerings.
• Third-party premium plugins, stock photography or fonts used in demo content, which are licensed for demo purposes only.
• Installation, customization or custom development — see Done For You.

What you may and may not do

You may use, modify, and build client sites with the themes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme files as your own product, or claim authorship of the original work.

Payments & taxes

Prices are in USD. Payment and applicable taxes are handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. You'll receive a receipt for every order.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back window if you haven't downloaded the files, and a refund for defective products we can't fix after that.

Updates & support

Themes you own receive updates — bug fixes, security patches and platform compatibility — for as long as we maintain them, at no extra cost. Ticket support is included for six months from the date of purchase and can be extended separately. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every third-party plugin.

Intellectual property

The theme designs, brand, and site content remain the property of PeThemes, except where released under GPL. PHP code in our WordPress themes is GPL-licensed; bundled assets such as images, fonts and stylesheets are licensed to you under these terms and are not redistributable on their own.

Service changes

pe.supply is launching in phases and starts with the WordPress collection. We may add, change or retire products as later phases ship. Themes you've already purchased remain yours, with updates as described above.

Limitation of liability

Themes are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from their use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use means acceptance.
