Refund Policy

The short version

Two things get you a refund. If you haven't downloaded the files, you have 30 days to change your mind for any reason. If you have downloaded them, we refund you when the theme is genuinely broken and we can't fix it.

Before you download

As long as the download hasn't been started from your dashboard, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason and we won't ask for one.

After you download

Once the files are on your machine we can't take them back, so a change of mind is no longer refundable. What is still covered:

• The theme has a defect that stops it working as described, and we can't resolve it in a reasonable time.
• The theme is materially different from what the product page and demos showed.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Talk to us first — most of these turn out to be a support ticket rather than a refund, and support is faster than a bank.

How to request

Email hello@pe.supply with your order ID (it's on your receipt and in your dashboard) and tell us which of the cases above applies. We'll reply within one business day and process eligible refunds back to the original payment method.

When refunds may not apply

To keep things fair, we may decline a refund if:

• The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
• The files were downloaded and the only reason given is a change of mind.
• The theme works as described but doesn't suit your project, hosting or plugin stack — the demos and specs are on every product page before you buy.
• The request is for custom development outside the theme's described scope. That's what Done For You is for.

Digital products note

Themes are digital products delivered instantly. By starting a download you are asking us to deliver immediately and acknowledging that the statutory right of withdrawal ends at that point. The 30-day window before download is offered voluntarily, on top of your statutory rights.

Full Unlock

Full Unlock is refunded as a single purchase, under the same rules: fully refundable within 30 days if you haven't downloaded any theme in it. Downloading one theme ends the change-of-mind window for the whole bundle.

Processing time

Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh, and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank/provider.
